1. Acts of God (hurricanes, tornadoes, flood, etc.) acts of war, riots, fire, stress resulting from localized heat, modifications, and vandalism are not covered by this warranty.
2. Color variance may occur between replacement parts and weathered original material.
3. Labor warranty does not transfer to Owner’s immediate transferee.
4. This warranty is exclusively for windows installed by the Company. Any additional products, such as doors, installed by the Company, inconjunction with the window contract/installation will carry the warranty provided by the manufacturer.
5. Any and all service calls that are required due to Acts of God, customer abuse or customer incomprehension of proper window operations will incure a charge for the first half hour, and additional charges will apply for every additional 1/2 hour thereafter (prices subject to change).
6. All Silver Series (excluding Silver Plus) are also subject to service charge for any and all service.
7. Excluded on all models is the screen cloth.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which
vary from state to state.
